Proenza Schouler To Add Jeans To Line
The darling designers of young Hollywood, and Anna Wintour herself, Proenza Schouler, have added jeans to their line. They’re not going it alone, they’re teaming up with J-Brand Jeans.
“For fall 2010 we are exploring ideas closer to home,” the design house said in a release. “Denim fits the bill as the most ubiquitous item in most people’s wardrobe.” [via People]
PS had plenty of jeans in the their 2010 Fall/Winter show in NYC. High waisted, and paint splattered. Not for everyone, but definitely young, and hip.

VIDEO: Alexa Joel is second generation Prell girl!
Singer/model Alexa Ray Joel is the next Prell shampoo girl! She is following in the footsteps of her supermodel mommy, Christie Brinkley who was a Prell Girl in the 1980s!
Alexa, 24, said, “I am so excited and honored to be named the new face of Prell — especially following in the footsteps of my mother, who was a Prell girl.”
A spokeswoman for Alexa added, “This is Alexa’s first ad campaign. It is for print and TV for spring and summer. We will also shoot a fall campaign.” [via NYPost]
Alexa’s mom, Christie Brinkley, was a Prell Girl in 1986.

Swarovski Does Alice In Wonderland
If there is ONE Disney movie that I love, and most relate to, it’s Alice In Wonderland. In honor of the NEW version of Alice done by Tim Burton, Sawrovski has teamed up with Disney to create a gorgeous line of jewelry.
All of the new pieces are inspired by characters or settings, and are all just so beautiful!
You can’t have Alice without a tea party! I really like the piece with the “tea” pouring out of the cup.
But I truly love the flowers.
And according to Glamour all of the pieces will be available in Swarovski boutiques on March 1, with prices ranging from $85 to $380.
